Internship Teleoperation & Data Labeling

About the role

We are looking for a tech‑savvy intern passionate about robotics, machine learning or computer vision to gain hands‑on experience in teleoperation and data labeling of state‑of‑the‑art robots. The role offers practical exposure to AI‑driven robotic systems in an innovative, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Control robots via a VR headset to collect high‑quality data.
• Label visual data such as images and point clouds quickly and accurately.
• Run and adapt existing bash and Python scripts for data collection, uploads and checks.
• Perform simple debugging: reproduce issues, gather logs and write clear problem reports.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary tech team.
• Travel to different EU sites as required.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and basic understanding of dataset workflows.
• Comfortable wearing a VR headset for extended periods (alternative corrective options required).
• Familiar with terminal basics on macOS/Linux (navigate directories, run commands, set env vars).
• Ability to run and modify existing Python scripts and execute bash commands.
• Willingness to travel within the EU; a valid EU driving licence is a plus.
