Investor Relations – Global Fundraising (Senior Associate/Manager/Director)

About the role

ESP is looking for an experienced Investor Relations professional to join its global platform. The role will act as the main bridge between the investment team and a worldwide community of limited partners, supporting both ongoing communication and new fundraising initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective limited partners, delivering transparent and insightful updates.
• Prepare and present investor materials such as quarterly reports, market updates, and fund performance summaries.
• Support the planning and execution of annual investor meetings, global roadshows, and conference calls.
• Develop and implement fundraising strategies targeting institutional investors, family offices, and corporate LPs across multiple regions.
• Create and refine marketing collateral including pitch decks, DDQs, and data‑room documents.
• Manage the end‑to‑end fundraising process from initial engagement to commitment close.
• Lead due‑diligence processes, coordinating with investment, finance, and legal teams to provide accurate information to LPs.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the fund’s strategy, portfolio, and performance drivers to communicate confidently with investors.
• Act as the “voice of the investor” internally, delivering market insights and feedback to shape fund strategy.

Required profile

• 3–10 years of Investor Relations or Fundraising experience within private equity or venture capital, preferably with USD‑denominated funds.
• Strong understanding of the global limited‑partner ecosystem, fundraising cycles, and investor expectations.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and other capital partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Independent, self‑motivated, results‑driven with strong negotiation and cross‑cultural communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; international education or professional experience preferred.
