Über die Position

Als IT 2nd Level Onsite Technician (m/w/d) unterstützt du das Onsite Support Team von Hemmersbach in Wuppertal. Du bist erster Ansprechpartner für anspruchsvollen End‑User‑Support und bringst deine Leidenschaft für Hard‑ und Software ein.

Hauptaufgaben

Installation, Konfiguration und Einrichtung komplexer IT‑Systeme
Inbetriebnahme und Pflege von IT‑Systemen (z. B. Windows 10, Active Directory)
Hardware‑Reparaturen und 2nd‑Level‑Support über ein Ticketsystem
Erstellung und Pflege von Systemdokumentationen

Anforderungsprofil

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im 2nd‑Level‑Support
Gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und solide Englischkenntnisse (B2)

Microsoft Windows 10
