IT Administrator (Berlin)

About the role

You will be the first dedicated IT Administrator at Cosuno, responsible for all IT needs of a 100‑person team. You’ll set up laptops, manage SaaS accounts, and create reliable, self‑service processes that let colleagues work without friction.

Key responsibilities

• Device management: set up, maintain, repair, and replace Mac and Windows laptops; manage the fleet via JumpCloud MDM, including enrollment, updates, and security baselines.
• Onboarding & offboarding: handle accounts, hardware, and access rights for new joiners, movers, and leavers, ensuring everything is ready on day one and cleanly removed on the last day.
• Accounts & SaaS administration: administer user accounts, groups, and SSO across Google Workspace, Slack, Notion and other SaaS tools; execute access requests and support periodic access reviews.
• IT support: be the first point of contact for hardware, software, connectivity, and account issues; troubleshoot and document solutions; support office equipment such as meeting‑room tech, printers, and Wi‑Fi.

Required profile

• Fluent English.
• Hands‑on experience in IT support or administration, preferably in a Mac‑centric, SaaS‑heavy environment.
• Service‑mindset with patience and a focus on quickly unblocking colleagues.
• Structured work style: track tickets, document actions, and follow through.
• Comfort with light scripting or automation (shell, Python, low‑code) or strong motivation to develop these skills.

Required skills

• AI tools (e.g., Claude) for documentation and troubleshooting.
