IT Desktop Support Specialist – Microsoft 365 & AD

About the role

We are looking for an IT Desktop Support Specialist to join BCIC Swiss GmbH’s remote team in Germany. You will ensure smooth digital operations by delivering expert technical support for Windows devices, Microsoft 365 services and Active Directory.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote desktop support to end‑users.
• Set up, image, and deploy laptops, desktops and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, application and user‑profile issues.
• Manage Active Directory tasks such as account creation, password resets and permission changes.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams and OneDrive.
• Diagnose and resolve LAN, Wi‑Fi and VPN connectivity problems.
• Install, configure and maintain AV equipment and video‑conferencing tools in meeting rooms.
• Maintain hardware inventory, perform break‑fix support and coordinate replacements.
• Document tickets accurately and ensure SLA compliance.
• Assist with IT rollouts, migrations and project‑based initiatives.

Required profile

• Resident of Germany with a valid work permit.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in IT or desktop support.
• Fluent in English and conversational German.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
