IT Onsite Support Technician

About the role

As an IT Onsite Support Technician you will be the face of IT support, delivering hands‑on assistance that keeps employees productive and workplace technology running smoothly. You will provide second‑level onsite support, resolving hardware, software and workplace IT issues that require physical intervention.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve hardware, software and workplace technology incidents on‑site, meeting agreed service levels.
• Collaborate with the Service Desk, infrastructure teams and external vendors.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain end‑user devices such as laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, monitors and docking stations.
• Manage hardware lifecycle activities including deployments, replacements and decommissioning.
• Support onboarding of new employees and assist with local IT projects and rollouts.
• Maintain accurate asset inventory and technical documentation.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused IT professional with hands‑on experience in fast‑paced business environments.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work directly with end users.
• Experience providing second‑level support for hardware, software and workplace technology.
