IT & Product Cybersecurity Manager – Europe

About the role

As the IT & Product Cybersecurity Manager for Europe, you will be the central security authority responsible for protecting both corporate IT assets and EV charging products. You will shape the security strategy across multiple locations and ensure compliance with European regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain IT security policies, standards and procedures.
• Lead risk assessments, vulnerability management, security audits and incident response.
• Coordinate external security assessments, penetration testing and business continuity planning.
• Define cybersecurity requirements for EV charging products throughout their lifecycle.
• Support secure‑by‑design development, product security testing and threat modeling.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR, IEC 62443, ISO/SAE 21434 and OCPP security profiles.
• Act as the primary cybersecurity expert for European operations and liaise with global teams.
• Manage external consultants, auditors and testing partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT security, with proven implementation of security programs.
• Hands‑on experience in vulnerability management, penetration testing and assessing embedded/IoT systems.
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP, GIAC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor.
