IT Strategy & Transformation Consultant

About the role

As an IT Strategy & Transformation Consultant you will work alongside experienced colleagues to guide national and international clients—primarily CIOs and CTOs—through all phases of digital transformation, from vision to implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on IT strategy, organizational structures, target operating models and enterprise architecture.
• Analyse, assess and define strategic road‑maps and support their implementation across various management levels.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive innovative solutions and ensure successful project delivery.
• Operate in complex business environments, applying sharp analytical and strategic expertise.

Required profile

• Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in (Business) Informatics, Engineering or another STEM field with a business focus.
• Practical experience in management and strategy consulting gained through demanding internships.
• Strong interest in IT and digitalisation topics, continuous learning mindset and ambition to grow.
• Business‑fluent in German and English and willingness to travel nationally or internationally.
