IT Support Engineer - German Speaking

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer who is fluent in German to join our fast‑paced technology team in Munich. The role involves providing L2/L3 support across macOS, Windows and iOS environments while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver L2/L3 technical support via Slack, email and on‑site interactions.
• Manage and resolve tickets using Jira Service Management.
• Handle onboarding, offboarding, device provisioning and user account management.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint and Teams.
• Create and maintain documentation, and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Support Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of macOS, Windows and iOS operating systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and identity management solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication abilities.
• Customer‑focused, proactive attitude and fluency in German.
