IT Support Specialist – Hamburg

About the role

As an IT Support Specialist at Stillfront’s Twin Harbour studio in Hamburg, you will handle day‑to‑day IT operations, resolve incidents, and support both the local office and global IT projects.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve IT support incidents and service requests, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage relationships with local vendors, perform network updates, and troubleshoot local network problems.
• Handle user lifecycle management, including provisioning and deprovisioning of users and devices.
• Maintain asset inventory, order hardware, and provide software to new joiners.
• Conduct regular access audits and administer SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft 365.
• Order and procure equipment, manage vendor relationships, and keep inventory of IT hardware and software.
• Participate in IT team projects and security initiatives, supporting the global workforce.
• Analyze existing processes, suggest improvements, and implement new business processes where needed.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and a strong willingness to help.
• Experience in a similar IT support role.
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
• Ability to administer Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts including switching, firewalls, subnetting, wireless technologies, VPN, and LAN/WAN.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
