IT Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide both remote and on‑site assistance for a diverse user base. You will be the first point of contact for incidents, service requests, and device migrations, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Process and document incidents and service requests in the ticketing system.
• Deliver remote and on‑site support for macOS, iOS, Windows, and Microsoft Office environments.
• Handle Incident, Service Request, IMAC, and Break‑&‑Fix tickets.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
• Coordinate repairs for desktops, notebooks, and mobile devices.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset, and inventory management.

Required profile

• Technical education or professional experience in client support.
• Strong service orientation and solution‑focused mindset.
• Team player with initiative and reliable work habits.
• Excellent German language skills (C1 level).
