IT Support & Workplace Agent – Berlin

About the role

We are seeking a passionate IT Support & Workplace Agent to join our Berlin office. You will provide end‑to‑end support for a range of workplace services across European offices, ensuring high availability and an exceptional user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver daily remote and on‑site support for O365, JAMF, Intune/Autopilot, video‑conferencing, Active Directory, Access Management and Okta.
• Manage tickets efficiently using ITSM tools such as Jira and Confluence, providing timely updates.
• Create and maintain documentation, processes and technical guides on the knowledge platform.
• Participate in Incident, Problem and Change Management for workplace services.
• Collaborate on projects and initiatives led by the IT Support & Workplace function.
• Monitor emerging technologies and security threats, evaluating their suitability for adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in a workplace management or support role within a professional IT environment.
• Deep expertise in end‑user device support (Windows & macOS) and standard support procedures.
• ITIL certification or comparable experience working within the ITIL framework.
• Solid understanding of core network concepts (Wi‑Fi, VPN, basic routing, firewall).
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical topics in plain language.
• Fluent English; German is a strong plus.
