Junior Brand & Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

25 Hours Hotel Das Tour, a 25 Hours hotel in Düsseldorf, is looking for a Junior Brand & Marketing Manager. The role combines marketing strategy for the hotel and its F&B outlets with brand management, guest communication and media relations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for the hotel and for F&B outlets in close collaboration with local F&B partners
• Ensure a consistent, professional brand appearance across the hotel and outlets in line with corporate design guidelines
• Oversee all in-house guest communications, including print materials and social media
• Plan, organise and run press, influencer and customer events together with the Sales Manager
• Manage and negotiate sponsorships, advertising partnerships and brand representation at events
• Build and maintain relationships with PR and media contacts
• Create photo, video and written content independently in German and English for newsletters and social media

Required profile

• Professional experience and team leadership skills in a similar marketing role
• Good English
• Ability to inspire people with the concept and a passion for it
• A hands-on approach who admits mistakes openly
