Junior Buyer – Wholesale

About the role

As a Junior Buyer – Wholesale you will independently purchase third‑party fashion brands, working closely with the Head of Buying and the buying team. You will help shape the product range while staying within budget and meeting key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Independently source and purchase external brands in line with budget and KPIs.
• Develop, optimise and support the product assortment.
• Prepare and take part in supplier negotiations.
• Assist in purchasing planning together with the buying leadership.
• Conduct complex market and competitor analyses.
• Coordinate regularly with Merchandise Management.

Required profile

• Degree in economics or business administration.
• Initial professional experience in buying (internships or working‑student roles acceptable), preferably in fashion third‑party brands.
• Strong analytical thinking, numerical skills and a structured, reliable work style.
• Hands‑on mentality and business‑fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (advanced proficiency).
• Microsoft Office suite.
