Junior Community Manager – Social Media

About the role

Highsnobiety is looking for a Junior Community Manager to join its in‑house agency. You will support the day‑to‑day management of client social media accounts, engage with online communities, and help shape the brand voice across platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor global client accounts on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, responding to comments, DMs and community conversations.
• Foster interaction and grow followings by creating engaging, witty copy and captions.
• Coordinate with clients for copy and asset approvals.
• Maintain the content calendar and publishing schedule using social media tools.
• Generate top‑line performance reports on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of experience in social media or community management.
• Strong passion for social media trends, pop culture and fashion‑related content.
• Excellent written English with a knack for witty, insightful copy.
• Professional demeanor, proactive work ethic and strong organisational skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Sprout (social media management tool).
• Familiarity with Asana for task coordination.
• Basic video editing using Capcut.
• Graphic design basics with Photoshop or InDesign.
