Junior Community & Marketing Manager (Poland)

About the role

Join HOLY’s fast‑growing Polish team as a Junior Community & Marketing Manager. You will be the primary point of contact for the HOLY Squad in Poland, helping to expand the brand’s presence and deepen engagement with local consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Moderate and manage Polish community channels on key social platforms.
• Grow the HOLY Squad through community initiatives, handling order inquiries and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with creators and agencies to produce localized paid‑social content for Meta and TikTok.
• Adapt and translate global marketing assets for cultural relevance in Poland.
• Work closely with central marketing teams to localize campaigns and ensure brand consistency.

Required profile

• Passionate self‑starter with at least some experience in marketing or a customer‑facing role.
• Deep understanding of Polish culture and market dynamics.
• Strong communication skills, empathetic and solution‑oriented.
• Highly organized, able to juggle multiple projects.
• Native Polish speaker with excellent English proficiency.
