Junior Compliance Analyst – Onboarding & KYC

About the role

DLT Finance is looking for a Junior Compliance Analyst to join its Berlin office. You will focus on customer onboarding and the implementation of Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, ensuring that all activities meet regulatory standards in the fast‑moving crypto‑asset space.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end onboarding process for new clients.
• Review and analyse documentation to verify identity and source of funds.
• Perform compliance checks and monitor adherence to applicable regulations.
• Support the design and rollout of compliance processes and policies.
• Assist the team with internal audits, compliance reporting and regulatory filings.

Required profile

• Background in finance or a solid understanding of the finance industry and economy.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and KYC requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English; German is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in cryptocurrency or digital‑asset markets is advantageous.
