Junior Corporate Lawyer

About the role

LEXR is seeking a motivated Junior Corporate Lawyer to join its Berlin team. You will work on cross‑border venture capital financings, M&A transactions, and other corporate matters for high‑growth tech startups and investors.

Key responsibilities

• Support German, Swiss, and US corporate teams in structuring and negotiating VC rounds, M&A deals, and corporate actions.
• Collaborate with the product and tech teams to automate corporate housekeeping and transaction workflows.
• Coordinate with colleagues across offices to ensure seamless cross‑border execution.
• Prepare and review legal documents, conduct due diligence, and advise clients on corporate law issues.

Required profile

• Qualified commercial lawyer in Germany (Wirtschaftsjurist*in or Anwält*in) with 1‑3 years of corporate law experience.
• Strong interest in tech transactions, startups, and the VC ecosystem.
• Fluent in English and German with excellent communication skills.
• Enthusiastic about legal‑tech innovation and process automation.
