Junior Corporate Legal Officer – Hybrid (Frankfurt)

About the role

Join CSC Germany as a Junior Corporate Legal Officer, supporting international clients with corporate compliance, governance, and legal administration. Working in a hybrid model, you will help clients navigate German business regulations while gaining exposure to a global network of Fortune 500 companies.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret legal and tax documents, KYC and compliance requirements for international clients.
• Prepare and file corporate documents such as incorporations, amendments, mergers, dissolutions, POAs, director and address changes.
• Organise and coordinate management board and shareholder meetings, drafting resolutions and related agreements.
• Maintain client portfolios, perform data entry, electronic filing and document retrieval.
• Provide outstanding service to existing customers and proactively identify additional legal support opportunities.

Required profile

• At least two years of professional experience in corporate legal administration, compliance or related fields.
• Strong understanding of German corporate law, tax obligations and KYC procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English; German language proficiency is a plus.
