Junior Data Analyst & Data Operations Specialist

About the role

As a Junior Data Analyst & Data Operations Specialist you will join the data operations team in Bergkirchen near Munich. The position offers a solid entry point to build a career in data through real‑world projects, practical tools and close collaboration with experienced colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain master, product and operational data across business systems, performing quality checks, de‑duplication and validation.
• Create and maintain basic reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI, analysing trends and anomalies.
• Identify and automate recurring manual data tasks with Power Automate, Excel templates and AI‑assisted tools.
• Support data mapping, cleansing, enrichment, bulk updates and migration activities from source review to post‑load validation.
• Collaborate with product, IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve data issues and communicate progress.

• Ability to work onsite in Bergkirchen (future location Unterschleißheim).

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query).

• Familiarity with AI‑assisted productivity tools.
