Junior Data Analyst & Data Operations Specialist

As a Junior Data Analyst & Data Operations Specialist you will join the data operations team in Bergkirchen near Munich. Key responsibilities

• Maintain master, product and operational data across business systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness and consistency.
• Perform data quality checks, identify duplicates, missing values and support root‑cause analysis.
• Support data mapping, cleansing, enrichment, bulk updates and migration activities from source review to post‑load validation.
• Create and maintain basic reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Analyze datasets to spot trends, anomalies and improvement opportunities.
• Automate recurring manual data tasks with Power Automate, Excel templates and AI‑assisted tools.
• Collaborate with product, operational and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve data issues.

Required profile
