Junior Development Manager

About the role

As a Junior Development Manager you will support the planning, coordination and delivery of logistics real‑estate projects across Europe. This role offers an early‑career professional the chance to gain hands‑on experience throughout the full development lifecycle, from feasibility studies to construction monitoring and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Support Development Managers in coordinating and delivering logistics real‑estate projects.
• Assist across all project stages, including feasibility, planning, design, permitting, construction and handover.
• Prepare project documentation, meeting notes, status updates and decision‑making materials.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks and key milestones.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants and contractors under senior guidance.
• Support technical due diligence, design development and planning processes.
• Track open items, follow up on actions and ensure smooth information flow between stakeholders.
• Contribute to project schedules, cost overviews and development trackers.
• Support feasibility analyses, investment materials and internal approval documents.
• Assist with budget tracking, cost comparisons, tender documentation and procurement processes.
• Collect, structure and analyse project data to support informed decision‑making.
• Support site visits, construction progress reviews and project updates.

• Early‑career professional seeking hands‑on experience in logistics real‑estate development.
• Willingness to work under the guidance of senior Development Managers and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
