Junior Finance Manager (FP&A)

About the role

Join Hive’s fast‑growing finance team in Berlin as a Junior Finance Manager (FP&A). You will own core planning and analysis activities, turning data into insights that guide strategic decisions across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve monthly management reporting, including KPIs, variance analysis and performance insights.
• Drive forecasting, budgeting and long‑term financial planning with a focus on accuracy and transparency.
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic, investment and operational decisions.
• Automate and scale FP&A processes, enhancing data structures, dashboards and ad‑hoc analyses.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational data into actionable financial insights.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in a finance or analytical role.
• Strong academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field.
• Structured thinker with a passion for numbers and the ability to communicate insights clearly.
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working cross‑functionally in a startup environment.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
