Junior Food & Beverage Trainer (All Genders)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Food & Beverage Trainer to join our a&o hostel team. You will be responsible for training and coaching F&B staff across all our locations, ensuring high standards of service, safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and evaluate training programmes for kitchen and bar teams.
• Enforce quality and HACCP standards in all food and beverage areas.
• Step in for shifts in the kitchen or bar when needed to maintain service continuity.
• Identify process improvements, develop corrective measures and implement quality‑assurance initiatives.
• Support special projects and take on side‑tasks to enhance overall operations.

Required profile

• Passion for food & beverage services, preferably with experience in gastronomy or hospitality.
• Reliability, strong quality awareness and flexibility.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Self‑driven attitude with the capacity to work independently.
• Willingness to travel frequently between a&o houses.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Very good German and English language skills; additional languages are a plus.
