Junior IT Support – Digital Workplace

About the role

We are looking for a Junior IT Support professional to join our Digital Workplace team in Munich. You will help employees with everyday IT issues, work with modern cloud‑based tools and gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing mobility company.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line and near‑desk support for office users, handling incidents and service requests through the ticketing system.
• Assist with onboarding and off‑boarding, including device setup and access provisioning.
• Support daily use of Apple devices, laptops, and other workplace hardware.
• Maintain and deploy SaaS tools such as Microsoft 365, Okta, Slack, Atlassian suite and Miro.
• Help with device inventory, deployment and basic maintenance, including MDM solutions.
• Escalate complex problems to senior IT colleagues and contribute to documentation and process improvements.

Required profile

• First experience in IT support, helpdesk or a similar role.
• Hands‑on experience with Apple devices in a professional or academic setting.
• Interest in cloud‑based workplace tools and modern IT environments.
• Strong service orientation and ability to follow structured processes.
• Fluent English (C1) and German at least B1.
