Junior Legal Counsel – Automotive Business Law

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to join our European legal team. You will support MOBIS Parts Europe in a fast‑moving automotive environment, providing legal advice across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal consultancy to business units in Germany and other European locations on civil, commercial, antitrust and IP matters.
• Draft, review and evaluate contracts (supply, sales, development, service agreements) and internal policies, supporting their implementation.
• Assist internal decision‑making and negotiations with partners, handling general legal requests.
• Collaborate with the PAN‑EU General Legal Counsel and senior colleagues in the MPE Parts Legal team.
• Research legal topics, prepare internal presentations and documents.
• Conduct legal training sessions and perform other assigned duties.

Required profile

• First and Second German State Exam with good results, or a Business Law degree (Bachelor/Master) or comparable qualification.
• Up to 2 years of professional legal experience.
• Understanding of automotive product design and business structures.
• Specialised knowledge in areas such as data protection, antitrust, IT, IP or contract law is a plus.
• Strong communication, cultural awareness and ability to build stakeholder relationships quickly.
• Fluency in English; German language skills are advantageous.
