Junior Logistics Manager – E‑Commerce Europe

About the role

Join PUMA’s European e‑commerce logistics team as a Junior Manager. You will support a seamless customer experience by ensuring logistics services meet speed and quality expectations across multiple marketplaces.

Key responsibilities

• Assist daily logistics operations, collaborating with warehouses and partners to resolve issues and achieve on‑time deliveries.
• Prepare and maintain regular warehouse performance reports, highlighting insights for internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle clearing cases for inbound, outbound, and returns, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Monitor marketplace SLAs (e.g., Zalando, Amazon) and support corrective actions.
• Contribute to projects such as onboarding new countries, marketplaces, or logistics services, owning smaller workstreams.
• Support capacity planning through regular and ad‑hoc forecasts.
• Create ad‑hoc analyses and reports to enable data‑driven decisions.
• Monitor ERP‑WMS interfaces, ensure data accuracy, and assist with invoice validation.
• Provide warehouse‑related information for complex customer service requests.
• Identify optimisation opportunities through basic market and competitor analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• First hands‑on experience in logistics or operations.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to tackle complex operational challenges.
• Effective prioritisation and multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while accepting direction on assignments.
• Fluent English; German language skills are a plus.
