Junior Managers Program – Leadership in Manufacturing Digitalization

About the role

Join Bosch’s Junior Managers Program and help shape the factories of the future. Over a 12‑ to 24‑month intensive journey you will work on digitalisation, automation and Industry 4.0 projects that transform global production sites. The programme is designed for master’s graduates who want to combine technical expertise with leadership experience.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple manufacturing, digitalisation and automation units in Germany and abroad.
• Lead and implement Industry 4.0 initiatives, smart‑production solutions and data‑driven process improvements.
• Collaborate with senior executives to test new technologies and assess their impact on the shop floor.
• Develop digital tools and automation concepts that increase efficiency and quality.
• Present project results to cross‑functional teams and contribute to continuous‑improvement programmes.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (full‑time) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Technology, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Strong interest in lean production, automation, digitalisation and artificial intelligence.
• Passion for manufacturing processes and visible results.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to see the big picture in a global enterprise.
• Human‑centric leadership attitude and ability to inspire multidisciplinary teams.
