Junior Managers Program – Leadership Journey in Sales & Marketing

About the role

Join Bosch’s Junior Managers Program and start a fast‑track leadership journey in sales and marketing. Over a 12‑ to 24‑month period you will rotate through multiple departments in Germany and abroad, shaping how the company reaches, inspires and retains customers.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate across sales, digital channels, eCommerce and marketing teams to gain holistic business insight.
• Develop and launch digital sales initiatives, eCommerce solutions and marketing campaigns.
• Analyse customer journeys and use data, content and technology to improve brand visibility.
• Collaborate with international teams and a personal mentor to drive growth projects.
• Contribute ideas that directly impact market performance.

Required profile

• Outstanding full‑time Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or Marketing with a digital focus.
• Strong interest in brands, trends, digital communication and eCommerce.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to link marketing initiatives to sales results.
• Human‑centric leadership qualities and excellent relationship‑building skills.
• Fluent English (negotiation level) and good German language skills.
