Junior Managers Program – Supply Chain Leadership Trainee

About the role

Ready to shape global material and product flows, you will join Bosch’s Junior Managers Program – a 12‑ to 24‑month intensive journey that immerses you in the core of a global supply chain. You will rotate across departments in Germany and abroad, working with data, digital tools and international teams to redesign and future‑proof supply networks.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through various departments in Germany and worldwide over a 12‑24‑month program.
• Analyze data, processes and global networks to redesign and improve Bosch’s supply chain.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Informatics, Business Administration or a related field with a strong interest in supply chain, data analysis or digitalisation.
• Fluent English (negotiation level) and good German skills, plus at least three months of international experience.
• Leadership mindset, strategic thinking and passion for sustainability, automation and digital transformation.
