Junior Marketing Manager Sportstyle

About the role

As a Junior Marketing Manager for Sportstyle, you will support the creation and delivery of marketing tools and assets that drive the brand’s performance across seasonal collections. You will work closely with internal creative teams, product groups and regional channels to ensure consistent, on‑time execution of marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing sell‑in tools and presentations, guaranteeing accuracy and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with the internal creative agency to develop seasonal marketing assets and draft briefing materials.
• Organise production activities, including sample tracking, shot‑list preparation and on‑site support.
• Manage sample logistics for sell‑in and marketing, liaising with Product, Development and Production teams.
• Compile and update seasonal franchise marketing playbooks.
• Support cross‑functional collaboration with Product, GTM, Creative and Marketing teams, monitoring deliverables and timelines.
• Provide operational and administrative assistance for category marketing activities.
• Help regional and channel teams prepare and distribute marketing tools and content.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience or strong internship background in marketing, category or brand management, preferably in fashion, lifestyle or sportstyle.
• Excellent organisational and coordination abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong interest in sportstyle, fashion and consumer trends.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a cross‑functional, global setting.
