Junior Marketing Specialist – Events & Digital

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Marketing Specialist focused on Events & Digital to join our team in Frankfurt. You will support the planning, execution and follow‑up of trade fairs, events and brand activation initiatives across the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with Bridgestone’s corporate identity.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and evaluate trade fairs, events and functions in line with brand values.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to guarantee smooth event delivery.
• Manage invitation, participant registration and all related event services.
• Design event formats, create and source marketing and promotional materials.
• Support brand activation for Bridgestone and Firestone, track KPIs and report on ROI.
• Maintain corporate identity compliance and prepare presentations for management and EMEA headquarters.
• Coordinate agencies, handle quotations, translations and digital communication activities.

Required profile

• Completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management or a comparable field.
• Relevant experience in corporate or agency marketing and events, preferably in the tire or automotive sector.
• Strong proficiency in German and English (written and spoken).
• Valid driver’s licence (class B) and willingness to travel.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite.
• Basic experience with CMS platforms.
• Basic experience with CRM or marketing automation tools.
