Junior Mobile Developer (Android/iOS) – Frankfurt

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Mobile Developer to join our Investment & Loan team in Frankfurt. You will work on a modern banking app, collaborating with product owners, UX/UI designers and backend engineers to deliver new features and improve existing functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement future‑proof API interfaces and contribute to the app’s technical architecture.
• Optimize performance, UI reactivity and ensure a native look‑and‑feel on both Android and iOS platforms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams from concept to release, turning ideas into production‑ready features.
• Keep the mobile stack up‑to‑date by evaluating new technologies and applying best practices such as CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain code quality through automated testing and code reviews.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science or a comparable field.
• 1–2 years of practical experience gained through internships, student projects or similar work.
• Familiarity with agile development processes, preferably Scrum.
• Proactive use of AI tools in daily development and openness to experiment with new tools.
• Fluent German and good English communication skills.
