Junior Product Manager – Remote (Full‑Time)

About the role

The Collective Ace Group is looking for a motivated Junior Product Manager to join its global product team. You will work remotely, supporting a game’s lifecycle, from vision to day‑to‑day operations, and collaborate with engineers, designers and marketers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end product, driving performance of the game, its players and key metrics.
• Translate product vision and strategy into actionable requirements and measurable goals.
• Lead cross‑functional communication to deliver updates, events and promotions.
• Analyse data and user feedback to identify growth opportunities and improve retention, conversion and monetisation.
• Manage daily in‑game activities, including engagement events and promotions.
• Coordinate and mentor team members handling day‑to‑day operations.
• Collaborate with other Product Managers and leadership on cross‑product initiatives and reporting.

Required profile

• Passion for gaming, free‑to‑play and Games‑as‑a‑Service models.
• At least 2 years of product management experience, preferably in games.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong documentation skills.
• Result‑oriented, independent and able to thrive in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Collaborative mindset with experience in agile, continuous discovery and delivery.
• Ability to balance quantitative data and qualitative community feedback.
