Junior Project Manager – Berlin

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Junior Project Manager to support Mmaah’s rapid expansion of Korean fast‑food outlets across Europe. Based in Berlin, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to keep multiple initiatives on schedule and ensure smooth execution.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and execution of new store openings, operational roll‑outs and marketing campaigns.
• Act as the central point of contact between cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
• Maintain project timelines, flag blockers early and keep momentum high.
• Prepare and update project documentation, reports and status dashboards.
• Organise meetings, follow‑ups and stakeholder communications.
• Translate priorities into clear next steps and assign responsibilities.
• Develop and improve lightweight tools, trackers and templates to accelerate work.

Required profile

• Strong organisational abilities with a knack for managing several tasks simultaneously.
• High ownership mindset and a bias toward getting things done.
• Detail‑oriented, solution‑driven and comfortable in fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in German; good English is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Google Workspace.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with project‑management tools such as Notion, Trello or Asana.
