Junior Site Manager HV DC (m/w/d)

About the role

As a Junior Site Manager for high‑voltage DC projects, you will support the on‑shore installation of large transmission programmes such as SuedLink and SuedOstLink across Germany. The position is site‑based, offering direct impact on project execution and close collaboration with installation teams, subcontractors and project stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Mobilise construction sites and coordinate resources and interfaces with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor on‑site installation activities to ensure quality, safety and schedule adherence.
• Participate in project and construction meetings, present status updates and join site inspections.
• Document daily activities, prepare reports and contribute to work instructions and method statements.
• Support health, safety and environmental standards, including training of team members.

Required profile

• Completed degree in electrical, mechanical or civil engineering, or several years of relevant site‑supervision experience.
• Experience on linear or infrastructure construction sites, preferably with high‑voltage installations.
• Very good German and good English communication skills.
• Organised, reliable and able to work in a fast‑paced, practical environment.
• Valid category B driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard software tools such as MS Office.
