Junior Tax Manager

About the role

As a Junior Tax Manager you will join the finance team of a fast‑growing e‑commerce company operating in fashion and technology. You will support the tax function for both corporate income tax and VAT, ensuring compliance across domestic and international entities.

Key responsibilities

• Own ongoing tax processes, including preparation and review of VAT returns, corporate income tax returns and Intrastat declarations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to assess tax‑related matters and provide guidance.
• Communicate with tax authorities and external advisors as needed.
• Develop internal guidelines and implement new regulatory requirements.
• Drive automation and digitalisation of tax compliance processes.

Required profile

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field, preferably with a tax focus.
• Very good German and English language skills.
• Initial experience in an international tax, audit or consulting environment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

Required skills

• Experience with an ERP system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
