Key Account & Channel Manager – France

About the role

Dreame, a fast‑growing global smart‑home appliance company, is seeking a Key Account & Channel Manager to lead its core product categories in the French market. You will own sales growth across key channels, build strong partner relationships and ensure successful execution of commercial plans.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of core product categories in France, driving sales growth across key channels.
• Develop and manage relationships with local distributors, retailers and key accounts.
• Expand channel coverage, identify new business opportunities and increase market penetration.
• Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, promotions and annual agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, HQ) to ensure smooth execution of sales plans.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and channel performance, providing actionable insights.
• Work with the marketing team on sell‑out activities, product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Take responsibility for sales targets, forecasting and regular business reporting.

Required profile

• 3–8 years of experience in channel sales or key account management, preferably in consumer electronics, SDA or home appliances.
• Strong understanding of the French retail landscape and channel structure.
• Existing network with distributors or retailers in France is a strong plus.
• Fluent in Mandarin, French and English.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with a result‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Willingness to travel within France as required.
