Key Account Manager – BELUX (m/f/x)

About the role

As a Key Account Manager (m/f/x) for the BELUX region, you will own commercial growth across Belgium and Luxembourg. Working with high autonomy, you will scale activities, deepen key accounts and build a solid market foundation.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by nurturing relationships with key clients, partners and distributors.
• Develop and execute channel strategy, including annual terms, promotional calendars, range reviews and shelf placement.
• Manage the BELUX P&L, overseeing revenue, trade, margins and payment terms.
• Define in‑store activation strategy and coordinate third‑party field agencies for high‑impact executions.
• Monitor market trends and collaborate with supply‑chain, finance, marketing and trade teams.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of FMCG experience with proven exposure to the Belgian market.
• Strong background in both account management and trade marketing.
• Excellent negotiator with experience in pricing or tariff structures.
• Entrepreneurial mindset able to move from contract negotiation to field execution.
• Fluent in English, French and Dutch.
• Based in Berlin with willingness to travel regularly across BELUX and to Paris.
