Key Account Manager – Commercial Sales

About the role

We are looking for a driven Key Account Manager to join our Neu‑Isenburg team and champion Hasbro’s iconic brands across the Germany, Switzerland and Austria (GSA) market. You will own a portfolio of key retail partners, develop strategic account plans and ensure our products achieve strong sell‑out performance.

Key responsibilities

• Build, implement and monitor full‑year business plans for key retail accounts, using sell‑out analysis, forecasting and phasing.
• Achieve profitability targets by applying profitability models and supporting decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Customer Service, Operations, Demand Planning, Customer Marketing) to execute approved retail sales strategies.
• Maintain and develop relationships with retailers and distributors to improve sales and profit goals.
• Manage the flow of sales, stock and payment information, and drive new product launches, listings and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure SOX‑compliant record keeping of all customer agreements.

Required profile

• Commercially curious and results‑oriented with experience managing key retail accounts.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and partnership skills across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to key retailers and work on‑site in Neu‑Isenburg three days per week.
