Key Account Manager – DACH, Netherlands & Luxembourg

About the role

Givaudan is seeking a Key Account Manager to lead sales and profitable growth for its fragrance and beauty solutions across the DACH region, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. Based in Baierbrunn or Hamburg, you will work closely with customers, internal teams and commercial leadership to identify opportunities, deliver innovative solutions and strengthen Givaudan’s position as a preferred partner.

Key responsibilities

• Drive top‑line and bottom‑line growth with designated accounts in the DACH area, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
• Define and implement customer business strategies in collaboration with the Area Sales Director.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers and position Givaudan as a preferred supplier.
• Identify market‑led business opportunities and develop strategic pricing approaches in line with global guidelines.
• Negotiate pricing agreements, manage budgets, forecasts and credit.
• Lead cross‑functional fragrance development projects together with Marketing, Development and Commercial teams.
• Prepare and deliver customer presentations, market reports and business reviews.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing key accounts and driving commercial growth.
• Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and regions.
