Key Account Manager – Insurance Business Unit

About the role

We are expanding our Insurance Business Unit and are looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to drive growth, build a diverse team and deliver innovative solutions to our clients and specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and nurture existing relationships within the insurance sector.
• Serve as the primary contact for all client communications, representing emagine in meetings and negotiations.
• Identify business opportunities by understanding client needs and market trends.
• Collaborate with the Recruiting team to match client project requirements with suitable specialists.
• Coordinate contractual matters and work closely with the Administration team for organizational support.

Required profile

• Motivated sales professional with a proven B2B track record, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong communicator capable of building trust and influencing internal and external stakeholders.
• Confident negotiator with a sense of ownership and the ability to work autonomously.
• Fluent in German (minimum C1) and proficient in English.
