Key Account Manager – Oncology (Lung Cancer)

About the role

This position is part of a global pharmaceutical company's expanding Oncology commercial team in Germany. The successful candidate will lead the launch and commercialisation of an innovative lung‑cancer therapy, building strong relationships with key oncology stakeholders and treatment centres.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strategic relationships with oncology physicians, hospital decision‑makers and treatment centres across Germany.
• Drive product adoption through scientific and commercial engagement, ensuring optimal patient access.
• Create and execute regional account plans that align with sales targets and market access strategies.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Marketing teams to support launch activities.
• Achieve sales objectives while maintaining a patient‑focused approach.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Key Account Manager or Hospital Specialist in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong oncology background, preferably in lung cancer.
• Established network within German oncology centres and deep knowledge of the German healthcare landscape.
• Fluent in German and English with excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
