Key Account Supply Chain Manager

About the role

As a Key Account Supply Chain Manager you will act as the strategic partner for our most important customers, ensuring end‑to‑end supply chain efficiency, risk mitigation and high customer satisfaction. You will work closely with sales, customer care and international supply chain teams to deliver data‑driven solutions that align with market trends and L’Oréal’s sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic supply chain collaborations with key accounts.
• Drive end‑to‑end efficiency and transparency through data exchange and customer alignment.
• Optimize processes and manage critical KPIs such as product availability.
• Identify potential delivery risks and implement mitigation actions together with customers.
• Facilitate cross‑functional communication with Sales, Customer Care and International Supply Chain.
• Lead customer experience projects to improve overall satisfaction.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, commercial, e‑commerce or CDMO environments.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly communicative, able to simplify complex topics for stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (C1) and German (C1).
