Key Lead – Retail Floor Supervisor

About the role

The Key Lead ensures every customer enjoys a high‑quality in‑store experience at the Mall of Berlin. Acting as the floor supervisor, you will guide and coach Brand Representatives and Stock Associates while supporting overall store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines, including cash handling and store readiness.
• Operate Register and Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently.
• Process and fulfill OMNI‑channel orders to meet customer expectations.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual merchandising displays.
• Analyse sales and performance reports to inform decision‑making.
• Protect store assets and conduct inventory control activities.
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a retail supervisory or floor‑lead role.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to coach team members.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet daily sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
