Key Lead – Store Floor Supervisor

About the role

The Key Lead ensures every customer enjoys a high‑quality in‑store experience by supervising the floor, coaching Brand Representatives and Stock Associates, and keeping store operations running smoothly. As a member of the store leadership team, the Key Lead drives performance through excellent customer service and achievement of daily sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines, including cash handling and store readiness.
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems and process transactions efficiently.
• Fulfill OMNI‑channel orders, coordinating online and in‑store fulfillment.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while actively driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual merchandising displays.
• Analyze sales and operational reports to support decision‑making.
• Protect store assets and conduct inventory control activities.
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or floor‑lead role.
• Strong coaching and leadership abilities to guide team members.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for fashion retail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.
