Kitchen Porter

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Kitchen Porter to keep our kitchen areas spotless, safe and ready for service. You will join a friendly, multi‑national hospitality team and support the smooth flow of operations behind the scenes. No prior experience is required – we will train you.

Key responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment quickly and thoroughly.
• Maintain clean floors, surfaces and waste bins according to routine schedules.
• Ensure all kitchen zones, including storage and preparation areas, remain tidy.
• Assist the kitchen team with basic tasks such as unloading deliveries and organizing stock.
• Store tools and equipment in their proper places to support efficient workflow.
• Follow hygiene and food‑safety procedures, including HACCP standards.
• Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
• Identify and report any hazards or issues immediately.

Required profile

• Positive, flexible attitude and willingness to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in cleanliness.
• Team‑player mindset with reliable work ethic.
• Clear communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP food‑safety principles.
