Last Mile Training & Quality Specialist

About the role

J&T Express is expanding its German operations and seeks a hands‑on Last Mile Training & Quality Specialist. You will design, deliver and continuously improve training programmes for drivers, dispatchers and station teams while driving operational quality across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training curricula for drivers, dispatchers and station staff.
• Conduct onboarding, refresher sessions and on‑site coaching.
• Create practical training assets such as presentations, SOPs, case studies and video guides.
• Analyse quality issues (POD errors, false signatures, mis‑deliveries) and implement corrective actions.
• Visit stations regularly to coach staff, resolve operational problems and ensure compliance with SOPs.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in logistics, last‑mile delivery or a comparable operational environment.
• Experience in training, field coaching or employee development is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel frequently to operational stations.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Experience with POD processes or multicultural teams is a plus.
