Lead Global Operations – Head Office & Programs

About the role

PUMA is seeking a senior leader to drive its Global Operations strategy across the head office and program functions. Reporting to the COO, you will act as an internal consultant, translating corporate strategy into actionable initiatives that enhance performance and foster a vibrant, collaborative culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and implement Global Operations initiatives as directed by the COO and Senior Director, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
• Contribute to the development of the Global Operations strategic narrative and break it down into concrete targets and projects.
• Collaborate with experts across sourcing, supply chain, and technology to build a holistic metrics framework for decision‑making.
• Prepare communications for COO and Global Operations leadership to increase transparency and engagement.
• Design and deliver executive‑level presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders, including SVB meetings and milestone reviews.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, program management, or business development within established corporations.
• Strong business acumen in the sporting goods industry and proven ability to lead complex, transformative programs.
• Excellent qualitative and quantitative problem‑solving skills with a focus on delivering effective solutions.
• Outstanding communication abilities, especially when interacting with senior management.
• Highly committed team player with a passion for sports.

Required skills

• Power BI (experience is a plus)
