Learning and Development Lead

About the role

Helsing is seeking a Learning and Development Lead to design and own the end‑to‑end onboarding experience for new hires across all functions. You will act as a cultural guide, ensuring that every employee quickly understands the company’s mission, values, and operating model.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and continuously improve structured onboarding programmes for all divisions.
• Partner with hiring managers, team leads and subject‑matter experts to create role‑specific learning pathways.
• Build scalable learning infrastructure, including a Learning Management System, self‑serve resources and automated workflows.
• Define, track and analyse onboarding success metrics to drive measurable improvements in new‑hire satisfaction and time‑to‑productivity.
• Collaborate with People and Talent teams to ensure a seamless experience from offer acceptance through the probation period.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding‑related questions, removing blockers for new hires and their managers.
• Champion an inclusive onboarding experience that reflects Helsing’s values.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and scaling onboarding or learning programmes in a fast‑growing organisation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work closely with managers, team leads and functional experts.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to define metrics, collect feedback and iterate on processes.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for fostering inclusive cultures.
